Screen printing is a method of transferring designs onto garments by pushing ink through a mesh screen. the screen is prepared similar to a photo A film posivitve is printed for each colour in the image and placed over a mesh screen coated in a photoreactive layer. T his is then exposed with UV light and when washed out the image will remain on the screen in negaive ready for ink to be pushed through onto the garment.

We use a water-based discharge ink for all printing where possible- this bleaches the garment dye out from underneath the print and gives a beautiful bright print that is incredibly soft, as it is pushed into the fibres of the garment rather than sitting on top.
For most polyester/mixed fabrics and dark coloured tote bags that won't bleach out we use pthalate-free plastisol inks. All our cleaning products are organic and we always strive to stay as Eco-friendly as possible

Yes, we can handle multiple designs. Each design will require its own setup for printing so will ad to the priting cost. We can also print in multiple locations on a tshirt including sleeves and neck tags

Screen printed items are the most durable- a well printed tshirt image will last longer than the shirts itself!

Yes, we can print on shirts you supply, however basic garments from high street retailers are not made to be printed on so we cannot fully gaurantee printablility. We advise providing an additional 5% quanitity of gaments as spolage/extra to allow for testing and any issues arising from unfamiliar/ untreated garments. We would not print water-based or discharge ink
